My Number One is a free wheeling experiential podcast about life in the forth dimension. Comedy writer/director Nancy Hower initially planned to make a podcast about finding all the best healers in Los Angeles using her friends as guides. Her first healing experience shifted her focus from finding the #1 healers in Los Angeles, into a more personal journey into what healing is and how we transform our lives. All seen through the lens of Nancy’s dry wit and, some say, hypnotic voice.
